Job offer: Account manager

Studio Tangible is hiring an account manager to join our studio. The person needs a minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency or in a similar role.

She is distinguished by her ability to quickly understand mandates, structure projects and ensure their progress, while maintaining quality relationships with clients and the team. She is rigorous in the management of her files and is actively involved in the projects she works on. Its role has a direct impact on the success of mandates.
‍

Role and responsibilities:
‍

• Take charge of mandates in collaboration with the team, from their start to their delivery.
• Manage visual identity projects, strategic campaigns and content creation.
• Establish and monitor timelines, budgets and the progress of projects.
• Coordinate exchanges between customers, the team and external collaborators.
• Support and advise clients throughout mandates.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and development within projects.

Requirements, expertise and skills sought:
‍

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and to manage several mandates simultaneously.
• Strong sense of consulting and ability to establish relationships of trust.
• Ability to structure, prioritize and advance projects.
• Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Autonomy, rigor and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency or equivalent.
• Training in communication, marketing or relevant field (asset).
